My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were superb, very clean, and definitely a great value. The service, however, was the most bizarre and worst experience I've ever had, with some incidents, although the staff were polite and friendly. The location is right across the street from Nana Plaza, providing easy access to nightlife but also bringing in rowdy drunks. The inclusive dining was quite reasonable, but the matrasses on the beds need retirement. A mixed experience overall.
